How do I return an item
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help! You can return your item within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Before returning, please ensure your items are:
In the exact condition as received
Not worn, washed, or altered
With original swing tags attached
In the original packaging
Please note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom items unless they are faulty.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can update your shipping address—just email us at ignite@fireheart.au as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

Are there variations between items?
Yes—each piece is hand-printed by our family team, not by machine. That means every garment is one of a kind, with its own subtle variations that make it uniquely yours.

How long untill I receive my order?
As a small family-run team, we typically pack and process orders within 1–2 business days.
If you need your order processed urgently, reach out to us at ignite@fireheart.au—we’ll always do our best to help.
Shipping times are determined by Australia Post, with options for Regular Parcel Post and Express Shipping at checkout.

Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes—Afterpay is available both online at checkout and in person at any of our pop-up events and markets.

Can I change the size of an item after my order is placed?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and we have your preferred size in stock, email us at ignite@fireheart.au and we’ll update it for you.
